Description
Resource MFG has immediate openings for General Labor in Byron Center, MI! This is a temp to hire opportunity with a company that manufactures environmentally friendly pet care and lawn care products, including recycled paper-based pet bedding and cat litter.
Morning Shift 5:30am-4pm
Pay $15.00
Unlimited referral bonus
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Package, label, and palletize products according to company standards.
- Operate production equipment and machinery following established procedures.
- Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with housekeeping tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with machine changeovers and production line setups as needed.
- Support team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to supervisors promptly.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
