JOB GOAL Provide flexibility in meeting campus needs by assisting in the office and/or in the classrooms as determined by the principal.

QUALIFICATIONS Education Certification Educational Aide I Paraprofessional Certificate High School Diploma or GED
Special Knowledge Skills Ability to work with children Ability to use and learn basic computer applications Knowledge of general office equipment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience Experience working with children, students, or parents
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Perform receptionist/clerical duties in the office as assigned Work with individual students or small groups to conduct instruction/exercises as assigned Maintain confidentiality of information Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work environment Assist in supervising students throughout the school day as needed Assist in the maintenance of administrative records and preparation of reports as required Assist in inventory care and maintenance of equipment as assigned Assist in preparing materials/displays for instruction or campus operations Participate in staff development programs, faculty meetings, and special events as required
