What will this person be responsible for day to day? Meeting with marketing center leaders to gather requirements. Developing a strategy on how to leverage the tool. Establishing a governance model and directly building the structural infrastructure inside Smartsheet.
Education: A college degree is ideal/preferred. Any specialty is welcome, though a marketing background is a preferred asset.
  • Hard Skills: Strategic setup and back-end building in Smartsheet (automation, control center architecture). Understanding of how marketing campaigns are planned and executed.
  • Soft Skills: High-level written and verbal communication. Ability to present solutions to senior/functional heads and gain stakeholder alignment. Strong critical thinking and design thinking.

Role Overview
Process Solutions Marketing Center is rolling out its Integrated Marketing Framework across the organization in 2026. To support this rollout at scale, the Marketing Center is establishing a Smartsheet Control Center that will serve as the core operational system for managing integrated marketing programs end to end.
This role is responsible for designing, building, and implementing the foundational Smartsheet Control Center structure. The individual will translate the Integrated Marketing Framework into a scalable work management solution that enables consistent intake, planning, execution, activation, measurement, and reporting of marketing programs across teams.
The role will work closely with Marketing Center stakeholders and Smartsheet power users to ensure the solution is practical, governed, and ready for long term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
•Translate the Integrated Marketing Framework into a structured and scalable Smartsheet ecosystem
•Design the overall strategy, governance model, and foundational architecture for the Marketing Center Smartsheet Control Center
•Build core templates, workflows, automation, and system standards to support integrated marketing execution
•Partner with Marketing Strategy and Planning, Digital Marketing and Operations, Brand and Marcom, and other Marketing Center teams to gather requirements and validate workflows
•Develop portfolio level roll ups and dashboards to support operational visibility and leadership reporting
•Define and document ownership, maintenance, and handoff model to ensure sustainability once the system is live
•Support onboarding, change management, and adoption activities across Marketing Center teams

Required Skills and Experience
•Experience or strong interest in marketing operations, workflow design, or work management systems
•Strong structured thinking with the ability to translate frameworks into practical system designs
•Comfort working cross functionally and facilitating discussions with multiple stakeholder groups
•Working knowledge of Smartsheet is required
•Experience with Smartsheet Control Center is preferred but not mandatory
Deliverables and Outcomes
•A fully operational Smartsheet Control Center aligned to the Integrated Marketing Framework
•Standardized templates and workflows supporting integrated marketing programs
•Portfolio dashboards and reporting views for leadership and operational teams
•Clear documentation of system governance, ownership, and ongoing maintenance
