Ramdi Property Solutions is a growing property maintenance company providing high-quality repair, maintenance, and renovation services for residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Handyman Technicians to join our contractor network.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general property maintenance and repair services.
Complete work orders related to:
Drywall repair and patching
Interior and exterior painting
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical repairs and fixture replacement
Carpentry and trim work
Door, lock, and hardware installation/repair
Appliance and fixture installation
General property punch-list items
Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
Take before-and-after photos of completed work.
Communicate effectively regarding job status and completion.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of handyman, maintenance, or construction experience.
Must have all necessary tools and equipment required to perform assigned work independently.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must own a smartphone with internet access.
Ability to work independently and professionally.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with property management companies.
General Liability Insurance.
Workers' Compensation coverage (if applicable).
Trade licenses or certifications are a plus.
