General Foreman- Utility Construction (34578)

Position Summary

The foreman/operator manages crew members so that utility construction is completed in an orderly, timely and cost-effective manner. When necessary, he/she operates equipment or performs production activities to complete installation of utilities. This is a Safety Sensitive position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate effectively daily with management team
• Ability to lead multiple crews of 4 or more people.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Traveling 25% of the time.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.
