Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and supervise repair technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate spindle repairs.
• Review repair reports, costs, and estimates.
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment failures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical or electromechanical background.
• Knowledge of precision bearings and high-speed rotating equipment.
• Experience with bearing and mechanical failure analysis.
• Machine tool service, machining, or grinding experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
