General Fabricator

We are looking for a hands-on General Fabricator to operate production equipment, assemble parts, and keep quality on point. If you have fabrication experience, can read blueprints, and know your way around a shop floor, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate fabrication and production machines
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications
- Inspect parts and make adjustments to maintain quality
- Assemble parts by hand when needed
- Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
- Perform routine equipment and tooling maintenance
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols
- Familiarity with measuring tools and basic shop math
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Welding certifications are a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 35–50lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Pay: $20–$21/hr | First Shift & Third Shift Availalbe | Cincinnati, OH
