Position Details

• Full-time, school-based opportunity

• 4th grade classroom

• Located in Chester, SC

• Starting pay of $40/hour & dependent on experience

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student success

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons for 4th grade students.

• Create a structured and supportive classroom environment.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.

• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.

• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs.

• Collaborate with school staff and related service providers.

• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

• Follow school policies, curriculum standards, and applicable educational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• Valid South Carolina teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certification.

• Previous elementary teaching experience is a plus

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Passion for working with elementary-aged students.
