A growing, doctor-led dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join its Tipp City practice. This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants mentorship, clinical development, modern technology, and the support to build confidence in a non-corporate practice environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform bread-and-butter dentistry, restorative care, crowns, extractions, and procedures within comfort level
- Build confidence in surgical, implant, and advanced clinical care with mentorship
- Communicate clearly with patients and the team
- Maintain a high standard of care
- Support practice growth and patient loyalty
- Work closely with experienced doctors, assistants, hygienists, and leadership

What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Ohio license or ability to obtain
- Newer dentist with post-GPR experience preferred
- Experienced GPs also welcome
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to keep learning and improving
- Interest in surgical, implant, and advanced procedures
- Team-first mindset
