General Dentist

We are seeking an ambitious, full-time General Dentist to join our established and growing practice in Temple, Texas. This role grants you complete clinical autonomy to practice dentistry your way, while our exceptional administrative team manages all billing, scheduling, and insurance coordination. We offer a premier compensation structure of $200,000 to $300,000+ per year, alongside a robust benefits package that includes medical coverage, a continuing education stipend, and a 401(k) plan.

What you will do

• Conduct thorough clinical examinations, analyze digital X-rays, and diagnose oral health conditions.
• Formulate and explain comprehensive, personalized treatment plans to patients.
• Deliver high-quality restorative care, including composite fillings, crowns, bridges, and endodontic treatments.
• Perform routine oral surgeries, simple extractions, and preventative maintenance.
• Guide and educate patients on long-term oral hygiene and disease prevention.
• Partner seamlessly with an efficient, supportive team of dental hygienists and assistants.

What we are looking for

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from a CODA-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Texas (or eligibility to obtain it).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• A strong, patient-focused approach with a warm and reassuring chairside manner.
• Ability to thrive in a productive, high-energy, and collaborative office culture.
