    Full-Time | Four-Day Clinical Week

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled, compassionate General Dentist to join an established and growing private practice in Pooler, Georgia, just outside Savannah.

    Performance Objectives

    • Deliver comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry while providing an exceptional patient experience.
    • Perform thorough examinations and develop clear, comprehensive treatment plans that encourage long-term patient relationships.
    • Communicate treatment recommendations in a way that patients understand and can confidently evaluate.
    • Collaborate closely with hygienists and dental assistants to maintain efficient patient flow and a positive clinical experience.
    • Utilize digital imaging, intraoral cameras, and current clinical protocols to support accurate diagnosis and patient education.
    • Maintain high standards for clinical quality, infection control, documentation, and chairside communication.
    • Identify opportunities for same-day treatment when clinically appropriate.
    • Coordinate specialty referrals and comprehensive treatment to provide continuity of care.
    • Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment.

    Essential Qualifications
