About this role
We want a full-time General Dentist for our busy dental office in Pensacola, Florida. You will have complete clinical autonomy to treat patients while our support team handles the business and admin work. The pay is $200,000 to $300,000+ per year, plus benefits like health insurance and a 401(k).
Do oral exams, take X-rays, and find dental problems.
Make custom treatment plans for each patient.
Fix teeth with fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals.
Do routine teeth cleanings and simple extractions.
Teach patients how to keep their teeth and gums healthy.
Work well with dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff.
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a CODA-accredited school.
Active and clear dental license for the State of Florida.
Current CPR certification.
Good heart, strong communication skills, and a gentle touch with patients.
Ready to work in a fast-paced and positive office.
