A well-established dental practice in Oroville is seeking a General Dentist to join a busy, respected community office with strong patient demand, proven systems, and an experienced support team.
The practice is looking to add two providers: one as soon as possible and another around 6 months later. This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants steady patient flow, clinical growth, and a practice culture built around gentle care, trust, and quality treatment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, partial and full dentures, extractions, endodontics, and procedures within comfort level
- Educate patients clearly and build long-term trust
- Follow proven systems, protocols, and procedures
- Focus on precision, quality, and patient relationships
- Work closely with hygiene, assistants, front office, and leadership
- Refer out procedures when needed, including more complex cases
Compensation & Growth
- $250K+ realistic earning potential
- Average production around $5K/day
- 27% of adjusted collections
- Practice covers lab fees, with limited exceptions for re-dos or non-revenue-generating cases
- Daily guarantee around $750/day for up to 6 months, depending on experience and fit
- Flexibility up to $850/day for 3 months for the right candidate
- Guarantee is negotiable for a strong fit
- Training and mentorship can be tailored to the provider

What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active California license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication skills
- Clear English communication
- Gentle, patient-first chairside manner
- Comfortable treating an established patient base
- Interest in learning and following proven systems
- Focused on patient relationships and needed care
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Must carry own malpractice insurance
