What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform bread-and-butter dentistry, endo, extractions, implants, clear aligners, and procedures within comfort level
- Build trust with patients through clear communication and quality care
- Work closely with hygiene, assistants, admin, and leadership
- Maintain high clinical standards
- Contribute to a warm, team-focused culture
- Refer out more difficult cases when needed
Compensation & Growth
- Starting earnings typically around $190K–$200K
- Realistic $250K+ earning potential as production builds
- Percentage of net production model

- Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain
