This position is split between two established Long Island practices in Lynbrook and Bellmore.

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Lynbrook
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM – Lynbrook
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Bellmore
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Lynbrook

The ideal candidate is available Saturdays; however, the practice can accommodate three Saturdays per month.

Practice Overview

Join two established Long Island dental practices and step into an existing patient schedule with an opportunity to provide a broad scope of comprehensive dentistry.

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist who is confident managing more advanced restorative and surgical cases and is comfortable practicing with a high degree of clinical autonomy. This position is particularly well suited for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning and wants to utilize a broad range of clinical skills rather than routinely referring procedures outside the practice.

Working between our Lynbrook and Bellmore locations provides exposure to two established patient populations while maintaining a consistent weekly schedule.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist with a minimum of 3–5 years of post-residency experience to join our team and provide comprehensive care across our Lynbrook and Bellmore locations.

This role requires a dentist with a strong clinical foundation who is comfortable diagnosing and managing complex restorative cases. The incoming provider should be confident utilizing CBCT technology, managing implant restorations and associated complications, performing extractions with bone grafting, and providing endodontic treatment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys practicing a broad scope of dentistry and wants to step into an established patient base with significant treatment potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and surgical care.
• Perform comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize CBCT imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Restore dental implants and diagnose and manage common implant restoration complications.
• Perform routine and appropriate surgical extractions, including bone grafting.
• Diagnose and perform endodontic treatment within the provider's clinical scope.
• Clearly communicate complex treatment recommendations and alternatives to patients.
• Collaborate with hygienists, specialists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver consistently high standards of clinical quality, ethics, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active New York dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of post-residency clinical experience required.
• Proficiency utilizing CBCT imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Experience with implant restorative dentistry and management of restorative complications.
• Proficiency with extractions and bone grafting.
• Strong endodontic skills.
• Strong comprehensive treatment-planning and diagnostic capabilities.
• Excellent patient communication and case-presentation skills.
• Ability to practice independently while collaborating effectively with the broader clinical team.
