General Dentist

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable part-time Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Kinston, NC. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

The associate can anticipate a stable, fun, environment with a committed support team and beautiful facilities. Our model empowers clinicians to grow and develop their skills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.

About Our Practice

• Established practice with a busy patient base
• FFS/ PPO mostly
• Trained team in place
• Mentorship provided (Implant placement - Cosmetic focus)
• All new technology in the practice
• 4 days a week - NO WEEKENDS!

 Compensation

• Daily Rate Guarantee (depends on exp)
• % of Collections (depends one exp)

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active license in NC, in good standing.
• Completion of a residency program
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry – ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, and has a focus on prevention
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
