Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures
- Diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines)
- Deliver a high level of patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active or in-process dental license in the state of Indiana
- Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
- Comfortable utilizing modern dental technology
- Growth-oriented mindset with interest in long-term development
- Open to all experience levels
