i4 Dental Lab is seeking a General Dentist with 3-5 years of experience to join a patient-focused dental team in Burlington, NJ. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a supportive, collaborative practice where clinical quality and patient relationships come first.

Performance Objectives

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnosis and treatment planning
• Deliver restorative and preventive care with consistent, high-quality clinical outcomes
• Build lasting patient relationships by explaining treatment options clearly and compassionately
• Work closely with hygienists, dental assistants and laboratory partners as part of one team
• Keep accurate, timely charting and patient records
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

Essential Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
• 3-5 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
• Active New Jersey dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration and CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
