The General Counsel serves as the chief legal advisor to the organization, providing strategic guidance and oversight on all legal matters impacting the company and its senior living communities. This position ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to healthcare, employment, resident care, and risk management. The General Counsel plays a key role in contract development and review, dispute resolution, and protecting the company’s interests through proactive legal planning. Additionally, this role partners with executive leadership to support ethical decision-making and safeguard the organization’s reputation and operational integrity.
