This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work and wants to build valuable construction and field experience. No prior construction experience is required—we provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.

If you have experience in construction, landscaping, concrete, utilities, road work, excavation, demolition, warehouse operations, material handling, or other physically demanding work, your experience may transfer well to this position.

What You'll Do

As a General Laborer, you will support field crews with a variety of outdoor construction and job-site activities, including:

• Load, unload, lift, and move materials, tools, and supplies around job sites
• Assist with preparing and maintaining construction work areas
• Remove trash, debris, and other materials from job sites
• Perform general site cleanup using shovels, hand tools, and other equipment
• Assist with installation and removal of filter fabric fencing and other site materials
• Support construction crews with various manual labor tasks as needed
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company and job-site safety procedures
• Attend required safety meetings and training
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or hazards to supervisors
• Perform additional duties as needed to support field operations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable individuals who are willing to work hard, learn new skills, and contribute to a team.

Required:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to report to work by 6:00 AM
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and work outdoors
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work around construction-related noise, dust, vibration, fumes, and other job-site conditions
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when project needs require
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors

Preferred, but not required:

• Previous construction or general labor experience
• Landscaping or outdoor labor experience
• Concrete, road, utility, excavation, or site-work experience
• Experience using hand tools or construction equipment
• Warehouse, material handling, or physically demanding work experience
