- General Laborer: Master hands-on tools, safety protocols, compaction, and pipe laser setup.
- Pipe Layer: Learn to lay, set, and secure underground utility systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On Site Work: Work alongside experienced tradespeople using hand and power tools for trenching, utility setup, and site preparation.
- Compaction & Grade Tools: Operate compaction equipment (rammers, plate compactors, rollers) and set up pipe lasers for proper grade alignment.
- Machine Operation: Learn to operate small pieces of construction equipment as you complete site training.
- Safety & Support: Assist with staging materials, maintaining trench safety, and ensuring a safe, efficient jobsite.
Candidate Requirements
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 certification is preferred, but a willingness to obtain it upon hire is required.
- Experience:Entry level! No prior heavy civil experience required. (Prior general construction or pipe laying experience is a plus.)
- Key Traits: Extreme reliability, punctuality, strong safety awareness, and an eagerness to learn new skills.
