The General Clerk II will provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- In-process Service Members, Contractors, IMSO, etc.
- Receive weekly rosters and prep worksheet for OCIE issues
- Maintain records to include shredding files as needed
- Assist with OCIE discrepancies and direct to proper procedure
- Conduct quarterly audits in accordance with IAW DA PAM 710-2-1
- Maintain clean and organizing filing stations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED.
- Minimum one (1) year related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
