Job Skills / Requirements

LACOSTA is hiring a dependable General Cleaner to help keep our facility clean, safe, and looking its best. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and has experience with commercial cleaning and/or floor care.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly, every Friday

• $15.50/hr.

Job duties:

Responsible for cleaning restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, labs, guard shack, fitness center.

• Routine building cleaning

• Restroom cleaning

• Window cleaning

• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter

• Sanitizing surfaces

• Floor Care

• Sweeping

• Mopping

• Vacuuming/Dusting

Requirements:

• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories

This position requires a lot of walking and multiple trips up and down stairs to service the restrooms throughout the facility.
