    Saint Francis University invites applications for a General Carpenter/Drywaller position in the department of Physical Plant. The General Carpenter/Drywaller is directly responsible to the General Trades Supervisor for performing a variety of carpentry tasks aside other members of the physical plant group. Assume lead role for projects involving wall construction, framing, drywall, drywall finishing, and painting.

    High school graduate with vocational/technical training in general carpentry or related areas. Knowledge of carpentry, painting, roofing, masonry, flooring and associated tools. Knowledge of blueprint reading as it pertains to carpentry trade. Basic mathematical skills are necessary. Minimum of two years of commercial or residential construction experience in general carpentry field is required. Experience with drywalling and finishing is highly preferred. Must have valid drivers license.
