General Cardiologist Opportunity | East Alabama Health

Pinnacle Cardiovascular Associates, a non-profit, single-specialty group affiliated with East Alabama Health, is seeking General/Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join its growing practice in Alabama. This opportunity is well suited to candidates with an interest in Advanced Heart Failure, Imaging, Women's Health, Cardio-Oncology, or General Cardiology, and includes access to nearly every cardiovascular subspecialty for referral and consultation as part of a five-physician, five-APP practice.

Position Highlights:

• High-Volume, High-Acuity Practice 50,000+ annual clinic visits and 5,000+ cath lab procedures, supported by a 316-bed regional referral center hospital.
• Growing Community New physicians are being added to meet demand in a growing city and expanding practice.
• Full Subspecialty Access Physicians have access to nearly all cardiovascular and medical subspecialties for referral and consultation.
• Academic & Leadership Involvement Paid teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, medical students, and APPs, plus research and committee involvement.
• Strong APP Support 5 APPs support the practice, with APP rounding on admitted patients when applicable and APP assistance on weekend call.
• Comprehensive In-House Imaging Echo, nuclear, and vascular imaging available on-site; Cerner EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Balanced Schedule A mix of clinic and procedural days each week, with guaranteed weekly cath lab access.
• Call Schedule - 1 in 5 with APP support
