A Day in the Life:

• Oversee a bustling bakery-caf while keeping it warm, welcoming, and productive.
• Inspire and coach your team to bring their best (and have fun at work!)
• Ensure guests enjoy fresh food, exceptional service, and a memorable visit.
• Manage finances, labor, and food costs to keep the caf profitable.
• Maintain efficient operations, food safety, and Panera standards.
• Support team development so your caf thrives long-term.

• Comfortability making decisions, solving problems, and leading under pressure .
• Strong financial acumen and accuracy to ensure financial health of the caf.
• Adherence to quality, safety, and brand standards while ensuring smooth operations.

The Recipe for Success:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven successful leadership experience in food service.
• Strong communication, financial understanding, and people skills.
• Ability to lift up-to 40 lbs and be on your feet for periods of time with occasional bending or stooping.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
