Summary:
- Duration: 6 months contract - possible extension and conversion
- Work Mode: On-site 100%
- Schedule: 9am-5:30pm CST
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of basic clerical duties following instructions and procedures.
- Handle high-volume scanning, stapling, document retrieval, filing, and sorting.
- Create files, post records, proofread, enter data, and maintain records.
- Maintain simple to complex files, keep records, and compile and check Excel reports.
- Search and investigate information contained in files.
- Process departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations.
- Type correspondence as needed.
- Regularly stand, talk, and hear; occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Skills:
- Notary experience beneficial, but not required.
- Mortgage experience is a plus.
