Conduct quality checks on rubber stopper pads
Operate a heated press machine
Use a mallet hammer and other hand tools
Perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks for medical devices
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
Conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specifications
Work within clearly defined SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines
Communicate effectively with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed

0 to 5 years of relevant experience
Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience required
Previous manufacturing work experience preferred

Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
Basic math calculation skills
Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes
