What You Do
As part of Kustoms sales organization, you help communities rebuild after fires, storms, floods, and other emergencies. This isnt traditional sales - it requires urgency, trust-building, and a service-first mindset. Depending on level and territory, you will:
Drive GrowthProactively prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry eventsBuild a consistent pipeline using Salesforce with strong data disciplineDeliver solution-based presentations that demonstrate why Kustom is the trusted partner when disaster strikes
Build Deep, Trust-Based RelationshipsEngage with decision-makers across commercial, industrial, and residential marketsBecome a first call when clients experience a property loss - calm, reliable, and ready to helpRepresent Kustoms values with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
Collaborate Across TeamsWork closely with local and/or national operations to ensure seamless project handoffPartner with estimators, operations leaders, and emergency response teams to exceed client expectationsBring insights from the field to help identify new markets, service opportunities, and competitive gaps
Stay Ahead of the IndustryMonitor trends, competitor activity, and high-risk opportunities (weather, local activity, etc.)Identify growth potential inside verticals like hospitality, healthcare, senior living, multifamily, storage, and more

Proactive & Driven- Proven success managing a full sales cycle and building new business in a B2B environmentRelationship-Focused- Comfortable navigating from the front desk to C-suite, building trust at every levelAn Excellent Communicator- Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skillsDetail-Driven & Accountable- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred) and an ownership mindsetAdaptable & Resilient- Able to pivot quickly in urgent situations - disasters dont follow business hoursCommitted to Learning- Restoration experience is a plus, but the right attitude and hunger to grow matter mostReady to Mobilize- A valid Driver's License and travel within your territory are required; national roles require broader travel to support multi-site/state clients
