As an HMGA Sales Representative, youll engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels while partnering closely with our agency network and third-party providers. Your focus will be delivering personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service that drives trust, satisfaction, and growth.
This is a remote position requiring availability during standard operating hours Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. CST with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. CST. Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products, ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs. • Foster strong relationships with agents and proactively address client inquiries through email, phone, and web channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications. • Bind policies and ensure proper documentation, including securing approvals, payments, and signatures. • Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews. • Achieve production goals through consistent client engagement and follow-ups. • Utilize sales techniques to maintain strong close ratios and service levels.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. Active Property & Casualty P&C license required. Call Center Customer Service Sales experience preferred.
