Gemini Enterprise SME/Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Gemini Enterprise SME/Lead to design, develop, and govern enterprise AI solutions using Gemini and conversational AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in semantic layers, AI agent development, security, governance, and enterprise AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Expose and govern the Looker Semantic Layer for enterprise analytics and AI use cases.

• Design and develop conversational AI agents using Gemini Enterprise capabilities.

• Establish and implement AI guardrails, security, governance, and performance standards.

• Define and support the enterprise operating model for AI adoption and usage.

• Monitor and track user adoption, usage, and business value.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases.

• Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable deployment of enterprise AI solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Gemini Enterprise implementation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Gemini Enterprise and enterprise AI solutions.

• Experience exposing and governing the Looker Semantic Layer.

• Hands-on experience developing conversational AI agents.

• Strong knowledge of AI governance, guardrails, and security.

• Experience with AI solution performance and optimization.

• Experience defining AI operating models and governance frameworks.

• Ability to track and improve user adoption and AI utilization.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

• Knowledge of enterprise data governance and analytics platforms.

• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
