Job Description Summary
The GE9X Product Support Engineering On-Wing Maintenance Leader will oversee support of the on-wing tasks including but not limited to ICA updates, tooling modifications, procedure trials and validations, and design reviews. The position also includes PSE hardware ownership of the GE9X oil system. The PSE will serve as the focal for such topics in internal reviews and activities and in external engagements with airline customers through the completion of the NPI phase and in revenue service. The PSE will also coordinate with counterparts in Systems and Design Engineering, Product Management, Product Operations, Customer Experience, etc. in product strategy and execution.
