As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming community environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to residential communities and properties.
- Verify and authorize entry and exit of residents, guests, contractors, and visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to identify and prevent security concerns.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and security incidents.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or unauthorized individuals.
- Accurately complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Contact emergency services when necessary and assist during emergency situations.
- Maintain a professional presence while providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
- Enforce community access policies and security procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a U.S. Citizen.
- Possess a valid Florida Class D Security License.
- Have a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Pass a comprehensive background investigation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Own and maintain a reliable smartphone.
- Possess basic computer proficiency and the ability to operate gatehouse systems.
- Have strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Be able to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or gatehouse experience.
- Experience using computer-based visitor management and access control systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving and observational skills.
