Practice Model:

• Light call covering only patients of the practice
• No unassigned ER call
• Hospitalist rotation every 4 weeks until established, then every 9 weeks
• Office hours are 8:30- 4, Scoping is 8:00-4:00
• Scope at our own endo centers- Texas Endoscopy East and West locations for outpatient scopes
• 4 weeks per year to use for PTO or CME
• Replacement position for retiring physician
• General GI
