GI Hospitalist: Week On/Week Off Schedule
Summary
Join a collaborative Gastroenterology team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers a week on / week off rotation, providing a predictable schedule and strong work-life balance while supporting inpatient GI services. During your service week, you will partner with experienced colleagues to manage urgent and emergent procedures in a collegial, team-focused environment.
Schedule
Pay and Benefits:
Salary range: expected minimum $752,000, could be as high as $1,000,000 plus per year, based on production incentive levels achieved
Tiered production incentive model
8,435 wRVU (or greater) annually achieves highest tier
Premium conversion factor of $89.25 at highest tier
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
