    Houston Methodist is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a thriving and growing practice at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.     Position Highlights

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and treat a broad range of gastrointestinal conditions, including GERD, IBS, IBD, liver disease, and other acute and chronic GI disorders
    • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy
    • Evaluate and manage patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
    • Collaborate with primary care providers, surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes
    • Participate in hospital consults, emergency coverage, and call rotation responsibilities
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
    • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
    • Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain a Texas medical license
    • Experienced physicians and graduating fellows are encouraged to apply
