Locations: Fishersville, VA

About the Opportunity

Augusta Health is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider for our growing Gastroenterology Service Line Team, located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley.

Practice Highlights

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Surgery Center, Main Hospital, Endoscopy & Inpatient
• Schedule: 4- 10 hour days per week
• Call: No Call/ No Weekends
• Current Staff: 5 MD’s, 6.5 APP’s, RN’s, LPN’s & CMA’s
• Patient Visits: 13
• Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong and Supportive Physician and APP team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia
• GI experience preferred
• Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings

Salary

Base: $127,000 – 135,000

Quality Incentive: $6,350

Sign-On: $5,000

Relocation: Up to $10,000 (receipt based)
