Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed Gastroenterology position
- Mix of outpatient and inpatient cases (approximately 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient)
- ERCP privileges available for qualified candidates
- Manageable call schedule — 1:3 rotation
- Established referral base within a robust primary care network
- State-of-the-art facilities and equipment
- Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings (HIMSS Level 7)

Compensation & Incentives
- $800,000 Year 1 income guarantee — with $1M+ earning potential
- Sign-on bonus: $100,000
- Quality and value-based incentive opportunities (2.5%+ annually)
- Value-based program: up to $150,000 additional annual opportunity
- APP supervision compensation
- Call pay and additional stipends available
- Fellowship stipend: $2,000/month for up to 24 months

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
