    Now Hiring: Gas Plumber- Generator Installations
    Tri-State Water, Power & Air | Indianapolis area

    Performance Pay | $150K+ Potential | Uncapped Earnings

    Tri-State Water, Power & Air is growing fast and hiring a Gas Plumber focused on generator installations across the Indianapolis market. This is a performance-based role built for high producers who want their income tied directly to output - not hourly limits.

    What You’ll Do

    • Install gas lines for residential standby generators
    • Size, test, and verify gas systems to code
    • Coordinate with install teams on full generator projects
    • Perform diagnostics, leak detection, and repairs
    • Deliver a high-quality customer experience

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years plumbing or gas piping experience preferred
    • Generator or gas line experience strongly preferred
    • Knowledge of fuel gas codes and safety standards
    • Self-motivated with strong production mindset
    • Clean driving record
