Description

" The individual will be responsible for supporting the technical demands of the site gas and/or chemical equipment.
" Must be capable of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.
" They will ensure compliance in operation and maintenance procedures, safety, and drive flawless execution.
" The technician will be responsible for supporting over 500 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors.
" You will drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.
" The individual will also be involved in Basic Safety Process, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training.
" With experience you will also support the installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of all Electronics Gas Systems, precursor delivery systems, & Bulk Chemical Distribution systems.

Inexperienced and experienced will undergo comprehensive OJT and technical training and qualification programs. 5 levels of technicians offer a fast-paced promotion track. This is a career opportunity in a growing industry.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, technical degrees or relevant technical training
- Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments and have the ability to follow and adhere to safety and quality practices and procedures
- Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and hands-on electrical/electronic experience
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills and strong technical writing skills
- Experience with hazardous gases and chemicals (a plus)
- Must be a strong team player and able to work 12-hour shifts
- Willing to work multiple shifts including nights

Preferred Qualifications:
" Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment
" Navy Nuclear power school or Military mechanic trained
