Job Summary:
We are seeking a Gardener to join our team at Breakers Row II. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of gardening and landscaping, along with some experience in operating small equipment. The Gardener will be responsible for keeping the grounds clean, trimmed, and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of gardening and landscaping
- Experience in operating small equipment
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in maintaining sprinkler systems is beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Weedeating and trimming hedges
- Planting flowers and plants
- Cleaning and mowing the grounds
- Pulling/spraying weeds
- Maintaining and repairing the sprinkler system
- Caring for atrium plants
- Hauling trash
- Ensuring proper maintenance of gardening equipment
