We are partnering with an established garage door company in the Bay Area that is looking to add an experienced Garage Door Service & Sales Technician to its growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential garage doors and opener systems
- Work with springs, cables, tracks, rollers, motors, and other garage door components
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Explain service options and pricing clearly to homeowners
- Provide estimates and help customers make informed decisions
- Deliver professional, high-quality service while building customer trust
- Manage daily service appointments and complete accurate job documentation
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience servicing, repairing, or installing garage doors
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners and recommending solutions
- Sales experience is a plus, but strong customer service skills are just as important
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Valid driver's license and a professional, dependable attitude
