CRITICAL, NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT: ServiceTitan MASTERY
We are exclusively considering candidates with deep, hands-on experience in ServiceTitan.
This is a hard requirement for two critical reasons:
  1. Zero Ramp Time: Prior mastery materially cuts down your onboarding and ramp time, allowing you to hit the ground running immediately.
  2. In-House Champion: We need an absolute expert who will completely own the platform, drive data hygiene, optimize dispatch workflows, and drive full adoption across our entire technician and sales team.
 
What's In It For You (Compensation & Benefits)
  • On target earnings (OTE): $110,000 to $123,000.
  • Base Salary: $80,000 per year, guaranteed.
  • Growth Bonus: 7.5% of the annual increase in gross profit over the prior year. This bonus is entirely self-funding and rewards true margin growth.
  • Personal-Sales Spiff: 2.5% of gross profit on any jobs you personally close.
  • Paid Time Off (Management Tier): 10 days in year one, increasing to 13 days in year two.
  • Paid Holidays: 6 paid holidays when they fall on a standard work day (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
  • Additional Benefits: 401(k), medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities
  • ServiceTitan System Ownership: Act as our in-house platform champion, driving team adoption, maintaining strict data integrity, and launching live, per-job inventory tracking.
  • Daily Operations: Run day-to-day field operations, dispatch, inventory, and logistics to ensure seamless installation and service workflows.
  • Margin Discipline: Own gross margin health by managing price book accuracy, conducting daily reviews of invoice margins, and setting strict margin thresholds.
  • Team Leadership: Enforce KPI discipline and actively coach sales reps and technicians to optimize overall performance.
  • Personal Selling: Execute occasional personal sales to boost company volume, structured intentionally to avoid direct competition with your front-line team.
  • Customer & Account Relations: Coordinate high-value commercial and builder accounts while managing online reviews and customer escalations.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs & Targets)
  • ServiceTitan Optimization: Achieve 100% accurate data entry, workflow compliance, system health, and successfully deploy matched, per-job inventory tracking.
  • Gross Profit Margin: Achieve a 52% year-one gross margin target, driving a realistic 3-point lift over our current 49% structural baseline.
  • Quality & Throughput: Meet monthly completion volumes while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction ratings and minimal callback metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • ServiceTitan Proficiency: Mandatory, advanced operational experience with ServiceTitan. You must be fully capable of managing dashboards, cleaning data, and training others on the platform from your first day.
  • Experience: 5+ years of leadership in home-services operations, branch management, or a closely related trade.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage operational costs, execute pricing strategies, and protect margins.
  • Style: A self-driven, process-oriented leader who commands details and thrives on metric-driven accountability.
