Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking a motivated junior to senior-level Associate Attorney to join its dynamic GamingPractice. Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
2–6 years of substantive experience with technology and gaming law
Demonstrated experience handling regulatory issues and litigation actions, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions, and mass arbitration
Experience with state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations
Multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks experience is preferred
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to inspire client confidence through a strong presence, advocacy skills, and practical judgment
Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive to contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing practice
Key Responsibilities
Advise gaming industry clients on federal, state, and local regulatory compliance and litigation matters
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts
Manage discovery processes like depositions and document reviews
Oversee litigation strategies for cases such as consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery claims, mass arbitrations, and prediction market disputes
Manage state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations
Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality, persuasive written work
Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategy and provide creative legal solutions
Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, clarity, and practical advice

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary range of $225,000-$325,000, as determined by experience and market factors
