  • Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and continuously iterate on features and programming based on results

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years product management in AAA or live service games preferred

  • Experience building or operating monetization features, live service systems, stores, passes, events, progression, or other player facing systems

  • Strong understanding of F2P monetization, player motivations, and the relationship between player value and business outcomes

  • Experience taking product features from problem definition and requirements through development, launch, measurement, and iteration

  • Experience supporting live programming or seasonal content roadmaps in a continuously operating game

  • Strong analytical thinking with experience using data and experimentation to evaluate product performance and inform decisions

  • Experience partnering across Design, Engineering, Production, Art, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent features and live initiatives
