As a Game Owner, you will:

• Own the strategy, live operations, and performance of a hybrid-casual game
• Define the product vision and roadmap, and drive execution end-to-end
• Use data to guide decisions and continuously optimize KPIs (retention, monetization, engagement, UA performance)
• Collaborate closely with UA, design, tech, and data teams
• Balance gameplay quality with business outcomes
• Lead internal and external teams to deliver measurable results
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, economy design, and content strategy

Game Owner role requires:

• Proven experience managing and scaling mobile games (preferably casual/hybrid-casual)
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with KPIs and data-driven decision making
• Deep understanding of game economies, live ops, and monetization strategies
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around a vision
• Entrepreneurial mindset with full ownership mentality
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
