Position Summary

The Athletic Game Day Assistant supports the successful execution of athletic events by assisting with various operational tasks before, during, and after games. This role ensures a positive experience for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators by maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities will vary depending on job assignments and may include but are not limited to:

Event setup and teardown

Assist with setting up equipment, signage, concessions, and seating areas

Ensure all areas are clean and organized before and after events

Operate ticket booths or scanners

Handle cash or electronic payments accurately

Operate scoreboard or timing equipment

Record game statistics

Assist with locker room access, water stations, and other needs

Coordinate with officials and coaches for smooth game flow

Compensation and Hours

Compensation and hours will vary depending upon job assignments and event schedules. Evening and weekend hours will be required.
