Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Assistant at our Johns Creek office, you will work directly with a Doctor or Physician Assistant to perform a blend of clinical and clerical duties. This position’s primary responsibilities include escorting patients to exam rooms, verifying patient information, preparing them for the provider, assisting with dermatological procedures, updating electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and timely, handling patient reception, scheduling appointments, and performing other front office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, web browsing, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Maintain a polished, professional image at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
