Description
Essential Job Functions:
Review outgoing DO’s hand-off and handle email correspondence
Communicate with all Heian Operators and KVAL regarding tool changes/startup issues
Generate Hardware pile reports, identify doors to be processed and deliver to DET Outfeed
Assist all Heian area operators when necessary
Conduct tooling changes/adjustments as needed on all Heian machines
Clean tool holder in tooling room
Setup bit in tooling room
Manage hour-by-hour “white boards” with operators
Complete various paperwork, charts, and spreadsheets
Assist operators with troubleshooting
Complete shut-down activities
All other tasks assigned by Department Manager or Department Lead
Position Requirements
Participate in daily production meetings
Complete all LMS training as assigned
Complete 5S checklist
Follow SOP/SPL in each area
