Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial career coaching appointments including resume and cover letter reviews
• Supporting drop-in hours and high-demand advising periods
• Referring students to Career Coaches or specialized staff
• Assisting with workshops, presentations, and career readiness programs
• Promoting engagement with platforms such as 12twenty, VMock, and Big Interview
• Supporting outreach to first-year and underserved populations
• Assisting with communication efforts to promote services

Required Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a graduate program at Seton Hall University
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in career development and student success
• Ability to work with diverse student populations
